What to Bring:
Mats and towels are provided for first-time guests. After your first visit, you’re welcome to bring your own, or rentals are available. All unlimited memberships include complimentary mat and towel service.

Socks are optional, as classes are typically done barefoot. Please arrive early, as doors lock promptly at the start of class and late entry is not permitted. Cubbies are available for your belongings.

Be sure to bring water — bottled water is also available for purchase. Please note that no-shows and late cancellations are subject to a penalty fee.
